Of course, as anyone knows, all of these things are necessary if a restaurant is to be considered truly world class. However, not many restaurants can boast all of these elements together. Indeed, perhaps the thing is lost the most is the good food and the good service.

As restaurants expand into bigger and bigger entities, they tend to lose a lot of what makes it fun to go out and eat, friendly service and good food. Even though the restaurant may not look like too much when viewed from the outside, as soon as one steps through the door, the many things that make the diner such a popular eating location for the locals of the area become instantly clear.
