Really Bad Movies: 10 Worse Movies of 2007

In My Not Always so Humble Opinion, at Least

It seems like 2007 was the year of movie remakes, again. This has been a common theme for a good number of years recently, but 2007 wasn't just riddled with bad remakes it was riddled with all around bad movies. What movies will make my top 10 worse
movies of 2007? Lets take a look and see how crappy the 2007 movies really were..

Stomp The Yard - As much as I love movies that showcase Hip Hop dancers and the struggles and triumphs that they sometimes face, Stomp the Yard was not one of the movies that showcased it well. The premise is that a troubled youth from Los Angeles moves to Atlanta to attend college. The hip hop dancer catches the eye of two rival fraternities and a campus beauty whose boyfriend steps for one of the fraternities. I'm sure we can see what is going to come of this. It became the predictable boy meets girl, boy pisses off girl's boyfriend, boy beats girl's boyfriend at some sort of event, boy gets girl. Haven't we seen this enough that we can tell what's going to happen without spending the money?

Dan in Real Life - Yet another shining example of boy meets girl only to find out that girl is dating boys brother. This time it's a single father, and not a young single man, so this throws a couple kids into the mix. Dan, being an advice columnist, should be able to help himself, especially when he finds out that the girl he'd met at the bookstore was dating his brother. But no, Dan can't help himself, he has to have the girl. In the end, with some encouragement from his daughters, Dan gets the girl after she has broken up with his brother. Yet another typical, predictable story that will bore you to death.

I concur. Music and Lyrics was a HUGE dissapointment and made virtually no sense whatsoever, and Spiderman 3 ruined the other two for me. I can't watch them now without thinking about how crummy it's all going to end.
