Celine Dion's mega spectacular "A New Day..." created by Franco Dragone (O, Mystere, Cirque du Soleil) has had a solid almost 5 year run. Beginning in March 2003, Dion has took center stage in Las Vegas and became one of the cities biggest entertainers in history. Now, Celine's team have finally decided to release the show to DVD, just days before it comes to a close. In the biggest contract ever signed with an artist in the history of music comes Celine Dion: Live in Las Vegas "A New Day...".

The original DVD plans took place when Dion released the album A New Day... Live in Las Vegas in 2004, which consisted of live tracks and two new studio tracks. Fans were disappointed when no news of the DVD had arrived for years, only until this past October when the French Canadian singer released the first single "Taking Chances" from the album of the same name. It was then her official website had announced the release date. Live in Las Vegas "A New Day..." will be released December 11th.

The DVD is jam packed with behind the scenes footage and of course, the entire show where Celine displays the beauty of dance and her giant voice. The show's setlist of songs has changed over the years, but the more recent changes have proved Dion has what it takes to be appropriately titled the best selling female artist of all time. The show opens with a simple number, "A New Day Has Come," followed by her smash hit "The Power of Love." It's during the chorus the dancers begin to slowly surround her on the stage. From there Celine sings several favorites through interpretive dance and dramatic production such as "It's All Coming Back To Me" and "Seduces Me."
