Somewhere at the start of the summer, I happened upon Olay® Body Wash Plus Radiance Ribbons while at my local supermarket. Looking through my latest handful of coupons, I realizes that I had one for this exact product, for $2 off. Hmm, it was on sale for $3.69. You can bet your bottom dollar that I didn't pass it up for $1.69.

Packaged in a neat biodegradable plastic bottle that holds 18 fl. oz., the creamy light mint color instantly attracted me to it. I took a sniff while still in the supermarket, and the light coconut aroma emanating from it literally had me speeding home to jump in the shower and try this out.

I followed through with my normal shower routine, trying gallantly to refrain from deviating from it so I could try this product out. Finally, the moment had arrived. I inspected the bottle for the first time, taking note that the label on the front claimed "New! Helps recapture a more youthful glow!" With spring well into the making, my ensemble consisted of shorts and tank tops. I could definitely use a more youthful glow to go with the tan I had spent hours laboring on.

It promised to improve the luminosity of my skin in just 5 days, doing so with a special ribbon of moisturizer formulated into the body wash. It also had luminous brighteners. No clue what luminous brighteners even looked like, I forged ahead and squeezed a decent amount onto my shower poof.

And realized within seconds that the generous amount I had used could be cut back, by more than half. I had so much lather that I washed my entire body, and still had to rinse the shower poof for nearly two minutes to get all of the body wash out. Not a bad sign, less is more! Considering that I had a ton of the product to begin with, being able to use less and not have to purchase it again for quite a while was a plus in my book.

Did You Know?
This 18 fl. oz. product is worth its weight in dollars, it lasts for a very long time!

You built the anticipation well- and it was quite amusing finally finding out what those luminous brighteners were.
