The Worst Movie of 2007: Hairspray

The worst movie of 2007: Hairspray.

Ok I know there are so many people out there that actually loved this movie. I would have actually have said it was the worst movie ever instead of 2007 but I had just sent he original House on Haunted Hill for a lame Halloween party and at least there are no obvious plot holes, and it seems to be grammatically correct. I must admit though I never actually saw the whole thing. It was played at my house a few times over the Thanksgiving weekend on our projector multiple times and I unfortunately probably saw the whole movie in parts but that is about as much of the movie that anyone should be able to take in at any one time.

So why is it the worst movie of 2007 and what competition did it have? Pirates was close especially that creepy purgatory scene with Johnny Deep I swear I thought I was in Inferno myself watching Jack Sparrow in Purgatory, then it gets worse by adding more Johnny Deeps. I have no problem with Johnny Deep if anything I like a lot of his work like 21 Jump Street, Edward Scissorhands, Sleepy Hallow, etc. However when you are going mad from the crazy Jack Sparrow being mad in purgatory you don't need more of it. I will say it did make you get an idea what he was feeling though. Well that is just the iceberg for that movie but this is about the worst movie not second worst movie of the year.
