Keith Urban, Carrie Underwood to Perform in Denver; Tickets on Sale Saturday

Keith Urban and Carrie Underwood will be giving a concert at the Pepsi Center in Denver, Colorado on Sunday, March 9 at 7:30pm. Tickets for this concert will go on sale this Saturday, December 15, 2007 at 10am.

Keith Urban and Carrie Underwood will be performing at the Pepsi Center on March 9, 2008, as part of their 2008 Love, Pain, and the Whole Crazy Carnival Ride Tour. According to the Pepsi Center's press release, the Love, Pain, and the Whole Crazy Carnival Ride Tour contains 24 stops

Tickets for the Denver, Colorado performance will go on sale this Saturday December 15, 2007 at 10am. Tickets may be purchased from the Pepsi Center's Box Office. Alternatively, one can purchase tickets for the Keith Urban and Carrie Underwood concert at any retail Ticket Master location, select Macy's stores, Angelo's CD's & More, Twist & Shout, select FYE stores, The Official Visitor's Center, and the Cherry Creek Shopping Center Guest Services Desk.

Ticket prices range from $30.50-71, depending on seat availability and location, and there is a 4 ticket per household limit for this concert.

During the concert Carrie Underwood will perform five number one hit songs while Keith Urban will perform seven number one songs, according to the Pepsi Center.

Keith Urban began his solo country music career in Australia and signed with EMI Records in 1990. Later that year, he released his first album, which contains four songs that became number one hits in Australia.

In 1992, Urban moved to Nashville, Tennessee to pursue his music career in the United States. In 1999, Urban released his first American album, Keith Urban, and in 2001 he was awarded the Horizon Award by the Country Music Association and the Top New Male Vocalist award by the Academy of Country Music.

In 2002 Urban released the album Golden Road, which contains the number one song, "Somebody Like You," which spent eight weeks in the number one spot. The Country Music Association awarded Urban with Entertainer of the Year in 2005.
