Stay Home Tonight - Let the Fun Come to You!

Everyone likes to have things done for them, I realize this. That is why when the weekend hits, the last thing anyone wants to do is cook and hope something is good on the TV tonight.

While most will go out to dinner and rent a movie, I grew up on the far side of my hometown. Traffic on a Friday and Saturday night was horrendous and it took over an hour to get to and get back from the places I wanted to go! I can only imagine how long it must have took or my friends who lived out in the country.

Then a few years back came along a couple of great ideas. NetFlix and the ability to order your pizza on-line! The first time I tried this I was amazed! I ordered my movie early in the week, it came 3 days later, ordered the pizza on-line Friday night, it came 30 minutes later, so I had my pizza, pop and movie and did not even have to leave m house! Now most people do not try this because they are afraid of giving their information out over the Internet, but, trust me it is very safe! I have never had a problem myself or know of anyone who has had a problem ordering on-line.

Pizza Hut, Domino's and Papa Johns are my 3 favorites. They offer great service, great food and also will give you coupons on-line so you do not have to phone in the order or put in a code to get your deal. NetFlix and Gamefly are the two services that I use when ordering my entertainment for the night. These on-line rental services are great! They are cheap, easy to use and there are no late fees, I generally keep the movie and or game for 3 weeks before sending it back in their free pre paid envelope, then get another from my list the next week! I tell you its like you are a King, yes, yes a lazy King, but hey, its the weekend right? I am simply spreading the word for people who hate going out late on a Friday after a hard day of work, or those who do not want to shuttle the kids around only to have them sit in the video store for an hour before they can decide what they want. Now you have the option to get an idea of what they would like to watch or play ahead of time so it can get to you when you need it!
