All three men who will meet for the World Heavyweight Championship on Sunday were in action on Friday, as ordered by Vickie Guerrero. It probably didn't surprise many that Edge came out the least scathed.

The Rated R Superstar made quick work of the cruiserweight Funaki, finishing him off with a DDT and a spear. Then he would help or watch his future opponents get decimated.

Bataista faced off against Kane in a Last Man Standing match. Batista won after giving Kane a spinebuster onto the announcer table. Edge came out and speard Batista, but the champion still got up before the ten count for the win. After the bell, Edge hit Batiste in the back with a chair.

Undertaker faced Big Daddy V and Mark Henry in a handicap match. But he survived when he escaped an attempted sandwich in the corner, whipped Henry into the ropes and used the momentum to chokeslam him for the win. After the match, however, the two continue to beat him down, and Edge stood over him when they were done.

- Chuck Palumbo has been frustrated since Michelle McCool agreed to go out with Jaime Noble. He may have cost McCool her match Friday.

McCool squared off with Kelly Kelly against Layla and Victoria after she came to Kelly's aid Tuesday on ECW. But when Palumbo rode into the arena on his bike to chase away Kenny Dykstra, who interfered in the match earlier, Victoria used the distraction to roll up McCool for the win.

Later that night, McCool found a large number of flowers in her room - from Noble who won a date with her last week by beating Palumbo for the third straight time.

- MVP was on hand to see Rey Mysterio beat Kenny Dykstra.

Sitting in with broadcasters Michael Cole and JBL, MVP didn't have much good to say about his Armageddon opponent. But after Mysterio threw Dykstra into the ropes with a hurricanrana and finished him with the 619 and West Coast Pop, the U.S. Champion called him an "amazing competitor" to his face.

MVP then showed his true colors. While Dykstra was getting up, he made Mysterio turn around to Dykstra and hit him with his title belt from behind.
