Hillary Clinton: Is Bill Doing Her Wrong Again?

Hillary Should Have Cut Bill Loose

This observation of Hillary Clinton's run for President is purely my opinion and one that is not from a democrat. That being said, Hillary Clinton's race has intrigued me.

In the beginning, Hillary Clinton's run for President seemed to be in the bag. All the pundits on all the news shows almost crowned her the Democratic winner at the start.

But when the Philly debate began, horror of horrors, Tim Russert seemed to have locked in on Hillary Clinton. It did seem planned and one wonders why.

Next on the slide towards losing the democratic nomination for President, Bill Clinton starts stumping for Hillary Clinton. This in my mind has turned into one of Hillary's worst nightmares.

Have you seen Bill Clinton during some of these stump speeches? Hillary Clinton is merely a footnote. It's all about Bill. And one wonders if Bill Clinton forgets that it is his wife that is running and not himself. Or, if Bill Clinton is trying to repair some of the damage he has done in the past by "explaining" himself during speeches supposedly given in support of Hillary Clinton for President.

While listening to Bill Clinton, I was struck with the thought that Bill doesn't really want his wife Hillary Clinton to win. I don't think his ego can take it. It strikes me that Bill Clinton is sabotaging Hillary Clinton's run for President. Whether consciously or not, he is hurting her more than helping her.

Remember, I am not a democrat, nor am I a supporter of Hillary Clinton. That being said, I wonder what Hillary is feeling. She stayed with Bill Clinton when he embarrassed the nation and her by having affairs while in office. Yet Hillary chose to stay. Why? I believe she has had the dream of being President for a very long time and felt it would hurt her to leave Bill.

In the last few weeks two of Hillary's staff had to step down after causing Hillary's campaign much embarrassment and adding to her running woes. Uh, weren't they some of Bill Clinton's old staff?

Enter Bill Clinton on the Charlie Rose Show. He was sprawled in a chair like some good ole boy (with a very large smile on his face) said it would indeed be a "miracle" if Hillary (Clinton) won the White House.
