Seattle has multiple options for News Year's Eve, ranging from high up in the Space Needle to out on the water, from $375-per-person to free events. Here are some great (21-and-over) choices to consider:

COSTUME BALL/MASQUERADE BALL

Just got tickets to the costume party and their prices are now up $5 to $30. The guy said they will raise again after xmas! Better grab them QUICK
