Everyone screams tonightI'm sort of catonic
Amongst the low-riding bottoms clad and clean
The lightning outside
Puts us in a state
No more hippy music for a while just chill
You grab my little jacket
Nah! I know you're alright
But you put my finger to you jugular, I grin
I'm sick of cooking burgers
Someone else comes up to me
She's grabbing al the ketchup, people mad
Everyone screams tonight
Delilah plays through my little house
Gosh, you stare, I want to be amazed
I guess I am disguise
I guess I am
I pause to write this among the din and noise
You grin at me under paper Chinese lanterns
I think of Ken my total zen friend
This is in real time
I'm not really in disguise
I guess I am
But
Tony
You know me
This poem
If for all the screaming people
(and the hanburgers)
It's not even a poem
Just a real-time thought
