After years of either overcooking or undercooking my turkey, I decided it was time to get a meat thermometer so that I could get the best results every time. Having looked for a while, I was happy to receive the CDN Proaccurate Digital Programmable Probe Thermometer for Christmas last year. This particular model has several features and the thermometer could be used in a variety of different ways. Finally, I no longer have dry turkey or turkey that has to be put back in the oven. It comes out perfect each time, thanks to the CDN Proaccurate Digital Programmable Probe Thermometer.CDN Proaccurate Digital Programmable Probe Thermometer Review: Ease of Use
The CDN Proaccurate Digital Programmable Probe Thermometer is so easy to use. It is has the temperatures for chicken, beef, lamb, turkey, and pork already programmed into it. All you have to do is insert the probe into the turkey and place the turkey into the oven. Then just hook the cord up to the unit and wait for the turkey to reach the pre-set temperature. If you're cooking steak or roast, you can even choose the level of doneness you prefer.
CDN Proaccurate Digital Programmable Probe Thermometer Review: Features
The CDN Proaccurate Digital Programmable Probe Thermometer has several features I love. First of all, I love the fact that this model measures temperatures from 32 degrees to 482 degrees. That makes it perfect for more than just meat. Also, I love the fact that you can either attach this model to the wall or you can also attach it to your refrigerator thanks to a handy magnet that comes in the package. There's even a handy timer if you're baking a batch of cookies.
CDN Proaccurate Digital Programmable Probe Thermometer Review: Variety of Uses
One of the main reasons why I love the CDN Proaccurate Digital Programmable Probe Thermometer so much is because it can be used in so many different ways. You can of course use it in the oven, but you can also use it in your grill. You can even use the CDN Proaccurate Digital Programmable Probe Thermometer to check the temperature of oil and candy mixtures.

Did You Know?
When using this thermometer, or any other thermometer that is left in during the cooking process, wait for the meat to rest before removing the probe. If you remove the probe too soon, all the juices will run out of your meat.Resources
