Chanel Teint Naturel Foundation

Chanel Teint Naturel Foundation Review

When you go to the Chanel counter in a department store, and the lady behind the counter tells you that Chanel makeup is really the best, well, she is not lying. I tried Chanel Teint Naturel foundation recently when shopping on
Fifth Avenue in Manhattan. The man behind the counter choose what color I should wear, and applied it to my skin. I looked at my skin with a mirror, it looked nice, but the lighting in the store was awful, so it was hard to decide if I liked it. When I went home, and looked in the mirror in my bathroom, I was very impressed with how the foundation looked after it had been on my face for a few hours.

The way it looked was not shiny, but not matte. I was wearing the foundation only, I was not wearing powder. The makeup made my skin look moisturized, not shiny. The foundation evens out skin tone, like my red cheeks and red nose. My natural blush could be seen under the foundation. The foundation lays on top of my pores, instead of laying at the bottom of my pores to make them look larger. The foundation does the same for crow's feet at the outer corners of my eyes. The color was a perfect match for me, beige cendre soft bisque. I have a rosy skin tone, which can be even rosier on a cold, windy day. With the foundation on, my skin looked normal, with my cheeks slightly pinker at my cheek bones only. It was very natural looking. I felt like my skin color was corrected, not my skin with a lot of heavy foundation on it.
