Round is a shape, but round is not the shape most people desire. Exercise is great for burning calories and raising the heart rate, but not all exercises will help reduce abdominal flab and tighten stomach muscles. You can reduce abdominal flab and strengthen stomach muscles through a series of easy abdominal exercises, and you can reduce the appearance of abdominal flab with correct posture.

While Exercising

Holding in and tightening abdominal muscles while performing all exercises is very important. Doing so will keep your body properly aligned, and your muscles will gradually become stronger and significantly tighter.
