Which Other Survivors Deserve $50K from Mark Burnett?

The Associated Press reported that Denise Martin aka "The Lunch Lady" has donated 50K to the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric Foundation. Survivor producer Mark Burnett had spontaneously bestowed the 50K to Martin during Sunday night's final Survivor ceremony.

Aftert Martin's tearjerker story of being demoted to janitor was proven false, she publicly apologized to Douglas School Superintendent Nancy T. Lane on Wednesday morning's Early Show. Soon after, Martin announced she was giving away the money to Glaser's foundation.

Did Martin do the right thing? Absolutely. The bigger question: did Mark Burnett do the right thing? Coming off the heels of castmate Courtney's snide comment "Survivor is not welfare", Burnett's gesture sort of made it seem that way.

Nevertheless, his gesture was a kind one, and it helped create finale night interest around an arguably fading reality series.

It also got me thinking: which other Survivor castmates should have been kicked a cool 50K? Which of the castmates did I so badly want to see win the money - any money?

They may not be the ones who look the best in the swimsuits, but they make your show real. Without casting characters like them, I don't think I could stomach another season!
