How did you find your passion?
I actually found my passion while working in various community and church organizations. However, I did not actively pursue my passion fully until I experienced a family tragedy. My pain, purpose, and passion were in perfect alignment, which forced me to live my passion.

What are a few of your tips for empowering people to achieve their goals?
Dream big, study and prepare, connect with coaches/mentors, and never, ever give up.

Explain the purpose of T.E.E.™ Time Worldwide Empowerment Group.
T.E.E. Time W.E.G. is my company which is the umbrella for all of my business endeavors. Whether it is speaking, training, writing, or life coaching, the mission of T.E.E. Time W.E.G is committed to empowering men and women with holistic life improvement strategies so that they can begin to love and live their lives to the very fullest.

Thus far, what has been your greatest accomplishment and challenge professionally?
My greatest accomplishment to date has been finally living my purpose and passion of writing and empowering men and women. My greatest challenge has been letting go of the familiar things that are good so that I can fulfill a greater level of my destiny. Letting go is always hard.

What can individuals learn from How To Deal With A Difficult Woman: A Survival Guide For Dealing With The Wackiest, Wishy-Washy and Worrisome Women In Your Life?
After reading my book, people will learn the importance of establishing relationship boundaries, communicating expectations, and the necessity of calmly confronting conflict immediately. All relationships are hard to maintain especially when people are being difficult. But when we take the time to understand the pain behind the difficulties, we can save so many meaningful relationships that we would otherwise throw away.
