Yes, I am overweight, but it does not make me unhappy. I was very happy with my 210 pounds until I met my old pal at beer bar. It has been years since we parted. Our communication drifted from gals to career and marriage. We were so happy until I asked him how he manages to reduce his belly. He simply said "Oh! I am trying Atkins diet recipes, why not you try? It is easy." We dropped the subject there, but it lingers in my mind. Next day I spend four and half hours on net to find the different Atkins Diet Recipes. I was terribly excited. Actually my idea of diet is very limited. I always thought that dieting is avoiding all the meals, which you liked very much. But when I have seen Atkins Diet Recipes of different streaks, bacons etc. my mouth is full of saliva.

I have downloaded 2-3 simple Atkins Diet Recipes for my breakfast and meal. It is really good that you can eat as many streaks as you like. But soon after 3 days, I am bored with my breakfast and meal. I thought of changing my breakfast and meal to avoid the monotony. So, I have tried another batch of interesting Atkins Diet Recipes. I have tried various Atkins Diet Recipes like cakes, pastries, stews etc. but somehow it does not work. Suddenly I am not happy any more. I do not know where I go wrong. I think the Atkins Diet Recipes has enhanced my urge for carbohydrates.

At last I have decided to say goodbye to Atkins Diet recipes. But before that, I want to know what was wrong. So, I call my old pal and narrate my encounter with the Atkins Diet recipes. He laughed loudly. I was bewildered. At last he told me that half knowledge is always dangerous and he recommended me to read 2-3 books. Out of which I buy this book and finished reading it in one seating. Oh! My god, now I know where I was wrong. I have corrected my mistakes and after seven months of trying Atkins Diet recipes for my breakfast and meal, I am happier then ever. I have to re-fit my trousers twice.

I did Atkins and I could not stay on it long term. I did get sick of it. I also lost quite a bit of hair from being in ketosis over a long period. My cholesterol also jumped to heart attack level. I only lost about 20 pounds, and that was probably water. After months of not losing and staying in a state of acidosis for so long and losing so much hair I decided a healthier diet was for me. My doc really got onto me for putting myself at risk.
