This system extracts chaff charcoal and liquid after carbonizing chaff, the byproducts of RPC, and makes the resource out of them to be used as a soil conditioner which is indispensable for all the crops (rice farming, dry-field farming, gardening, fruit growing and grass, etc.) and plants' growth. These products are used in environment-friendly farming for many purposes.

Chaff charcoal production

The chaff charcoal burner is designed to stop after heating for 25 minutes and ignite by its own heat. So it is economical and technically advanced system. furthermore, It is made of special material and insulation technology to minimize heating loss.

Chaff liquid production

Chaff liquid is made by using a heat exchanger. It is designed for hot heat to go through the cyclone to remove impurities for preventing the exchanger from being clogging and to be freed from obstacles of other continuous operations to make chaff liquid.

Chaff charcoal reservoir

Chaff charcoal reservoir is designed to hold a large capacity of charcoal. It can hold the product which is being made for 3 - 5 hours. If you set it to "automatic", you can do other jobs or take a rest.

Smokelessness

These systems are smokeless as devices for carbonization. After heating for 40 minutes, the burner stops and maintains its temperature as a semi-airtight container to burn up gases with its own heat.
