www.nintendoids.com This site is the cleanest so far and even is a good attention grabber. It talks about what an emulator is and how it has been used before for different systems. It also gives proper credit to the order in which the DS emulation has come about. There are several links at the bottom of the page to various emulators for the Nintendo DS.

www.ndsemu.com This site has a step by step breakdown of the components within the emulator program. They also claim that they are the only emulator that was out before the release of the Nintendo DS system.
