The drinking, the all night party's, Mardi Gras, this is why your in New Orleans. Some participants walk a fine line between cutting loose, relaxing their inhibitions, and getting involved in immoral activities. Though throwing beads and flashing your boobs is considered all part of the fun, when you take a poll of males from the age of about 10 to 300 there is one common thread connecting them all. If you see one woman's boobs you want to see all the women's boobs. Are you to pay homage to this time honored tradition of exuberance, or will the act of showing certain parts of your anatomy be considered an immoral act by the general public.

Lets look at what would be universally considered unacceptable acts. Intercourse, a no brainer, obviously over the line of decency. Heavy kissing, usually followed by the statement " Get a room". Though rather tasteless, usually not considered over the line of decency. So where should the quick lifting of a shirt to reveal the most enticing portion of the female body fall in relation to this fine line?

First lets look at the double standard existing in how the human body is perceived. Say you have a group of women, from all levels of society and a wide range of ages. They are gathered in a public park for what ever reason. Suddenly a man in his thirties, naked as a jay bird, runs across the park passing through the group, and continuing on down the jogging path minding his own business. Guaranteed the cell phones would come out, 911 would get a burst of calls and the police would be on their way to deal with the pervert that just passed by.

On the other had, make that group of people all male, following the same demographics as the female group. Now a naked woman comes jogging down the trail and through the group of males. She doesn't even have to be particularly attractive, guaranteed the reaction will always be the same. Their will be some whistles, some oohs and ahhs, maybe a rude comment or two. But the cell phones will stay in the pocket, the police will never hear of the issue and more then likely the men will look back down the path hoping there will be more to follow.
