Did you ever wonder what computer shops actually do to your computers when you pay them 50 dollars plus to look at them?
They don't totally disassemble them. Actualy they hardly do anything at all. Most run a virus scan and a spyware scan and call it a day. Others might disable some startup item 
s too.
