There are so many techniques you can use to make creative napkin rings. Your handmade napkin rings are sure to draw rave reviews from your dinner guests. Here are some simple ways to make your own napkin rings:

Make napkin rings: Fabric covered napkin rings

These are so simple to create. Start with a cardboard paper towel tube cut to your desired length. Cover the paper towel tube with the fabric or paper of your choice. You can use a variety of fabrics and paper types including wallpaper samples, felt, velvet, satin, handmade paper, gold lame, even fake fur. The possibilities with this technique are limitless.

Make napkin rings: Funky, wire napkin rings

Get some colorful plastic coated wire from your craft store and shape it into elaborate shapes to fit around your napkins. Select wire colors that will pick up the color of your napkins and placemats.
