A Great, Rich and Wonderful Philosophy-5

The greatness of the philosophy is seen in the concept of God based on which it has evolved all explanations of the phenomena we come across in this universe and the principles of good living .God is the supreme consciousness from which everything that we know and do not know, has originated. It is the consciousness principle. It is without beginning and end. It alone exists and is real. All others are unreal. It is beyond time, space and causation.

It is pure Existence, Knowledge and Bliss. It existed, exists and will exist. There is no past or future for it. It is always present only. It is Knowledge because all knowledge originated from it. Once this knowledge manifests all other knowledge, which is born of ignorance, vanishes. Its nature is Bliss. It has no mind and is free from agitations. It has no likes and dislikes and no pain and pleasure. From it has the universe originated. The basic elements, space, air, fire, water and earth - the basic five elements originated from it. The entire universe is formed out of these elements. What we see around in different forms is only a variation, a permutation combination of these five elements.

It is the divinity. The ultimate goal of man is to realize it. It cannot be known. It has to be realized. The knowledge of this divinity became effulgent with the realization of sages of the great country where this philosophy took roots and through whom it spread. Accordingly the life pulsating in every living being is the spark of divinity, which is the same as the supreme consciousness. Thus the individual soul and the supreme consciousness are the same and thus divine.

The individual soul of man is only a reflection of God and every human being is God considering the divinity in him. It is just like the one Sun having several millions of reflections in water and other media. It is one God having several reflections through millions of bodies. Ignorance of this fact is the cause of all misery in this world. True education is the removal of the veil concealing the divinity in man.
