Ritz crackers are a popular salty cracker that is usually eaten with cheese and meat. But if you are searching for a sweeter treat inspired by Ritz crackers, read on to find out more about Ritz Bits Sandwiches Graham Cracker S'mores by Nabisco.

I was pleased to run into Ritz Bits Sandwiches Graham Cracker S'mores by Nabisco when I visited my local Big Lots recently. I noticed the word "Ritz" and immediately thought of Ritz crackers. I imagined that this product was similar, until I read on and found out that this is a sweet snack inspired by Ritz crackers. The 255g (9oz) pack cost $1.80, which was a good price for the size.

Taste

When I first opened the box of Ritz Bits Sandwiches Graham Cracker S'mores by Nabisco I found that the product was wrapped in a foiled sealed bag for freshness. As I pulled out my first cracker, I found that it was a bite size piece. I was expecting the crackers to be the same size as Ritz crackers. As I bit into the first Ritz Bits Sandwich, I was delighted with the marshmallow and chocolate cream filling that was encased between two graham crackers.

Nutrition Information

Each 30g (9 crackers) serving size contains 150 calories, 2.5g of saturated fat, no cholesterol, 125mg of sodium, 1g of dietary fibre, 11g of sugar and 1g of protein. The serving size for Ritz Bits Sandwiches Graham Cracker S'mores by Nabisco is surprisingly high. If you go by the recommended serving size, you will be consuming 13% of your recommended saturated fat allowance for the day as well as 5% sodium and 2% dietary fibre. This would be a suitable snack for people who are trying to cut down on their overall salt intake, as the sodium content is low.

Recommendation

I would highly recommend Ritz Bits Sandwiches Graham Cracker S'mores by Nabisco. The snack is tasty and fairly nutritious, as long as you do not consume too many crackers.

This is a great review, but I was a bit disappointed in the product myself. I guess I just prefer the traditional smores, even though they are a pain to make and are horrible for you. LOL
