The Liquiseal Travel Mug from the Oxo Good Grips is a reasonably good thermos flask that can keep be used to preserve hot and cold beverages. This comes with a special double wall insulated stainless steel body that not only makes it look classic with external mirror like polished look but also can retain the temperature for long. This can hold nearly 4 standard cups of liquid and do not pour beyond the silver mark that as the excess liquid tends to spill out. For better results it is advised to fill the mug to its full capacity. I find that when this mug is filled with just one or two cups of coffee, it does not remain hot for long. However unlike my previous Nissan mug, the liquid remains hot or cold till the last sip.

What makes this mug special is its anti-leak property that ensures that the liquid does not seep out. This is equipped with three durable silicone rings that offers a tight lock and does not let the liquid seep out. I was disappointed to see the Oxo Travel Mug trickling hot liquid on the very first day and it even spoiled the plush car seat cover. I called up the customer care service and they gave suggested me to strictly adhere to the filling mark and not to pour till the brim. It should be noted that a gap of minimum 1'2 inch should be left empty on the top of the mug so that it does not spill out while closing the cap.

In spite of this still the mug was not seal proof as told by them and then I had to figure out that the cap should not be twisted immediately after opening transferring the liquid. You have to wait for two seconds so that whatever liquid is there on half way near the brim will either come out or fall back into the flask. This really works and makes it a totally sealed travel mug that does not leak traveling in a moving car or train. Also while putting the cap, the mug has to be left open to takeout any excess fluid or else this will come out when you open the mug later.
