The Pinzon Hibachi Grill from the Lodge is an amazing stuff for those who want to make barbecues and hamburgers on a small scale. If you really want to go for a large volume preparation then I would suggest the Weber and this too does a decent job. I bought the Lodge grill after seeing my friend making some recipes effortlessly and this made special mouth watering sausages for our last colony group picnic. This is an outstanding Hibachi Charcoal Grill that taps my memory about the good old days spent with my late grandfather hunting and fishing in deep forest.

This Lodge Grill is built rock solid so that this can be used for outdoor cooking under unfavorable environment with none of the sophistication that you find in the kitchen. This is crafted and designed with maximum user friendly feature and it is durable. Though it looks rough and tough this is ergonomically designed to operate it while camping and trekking. I have been using it for more than two years and occasionally my friends take borrow it when they go out. This is definitely costly but worth every penny.

Just like any other vessel from the Lodge this is made of a pre seasoned strong cast iron body that is long lasting and can resist the impact. This saves a lot of time that otherwise would have spent in the laborious and seasoning process. This is ready to use and for better results go for high quality charcoal that gives the sufficient amount of heat without much of smoke. It is true that the cast iron material takes more time to get heated up compared to other metals but the advantage of this material is that once it gets heated up, this grill can retain heat fort long without any thermal shock or temperature fluctuation.
