At first glance at the article posted on August 29, 2007, I immediately felt terrible that we have enraged someone to this extreme. I read the article three times and it generated a different emotion after each review. I went from sympathetic to angry and even dissuaded. Then it hit me! This is the beauty of free speech! This is what makes America such a wonderful place to live! You see, the publisher of that review genuinely experienced dissatisfaction. There are many venues on how to deal with a business whom you felt had wronged you intentionally. Who is to say that the publisher may have taken other steps to address his concern and each attempt failed. In this case, this person sincerely has the apologies of myself and my management team for having failed to rectify the concerns of "poor service and rising prices". However, we will now take this opportunity the publisher has given us to appeal to those who sincerely believe, in all fairness, of hearing both sides of the story.

Noah's Ark Boarding Resort prides itself on its high standards for pet care and service. Let me be the first to say the old saying but "we're only human". Mistakes will occur and sometimes employees may loose sight of the bigger picture. When they do, it is managements duty to take corrective measures. I have hand picked my management team soley for their honesty and genuine concern for this business and it's patrons. The history of this business is embedded with it's share of road blocks, ups and downs, hills and valleys. The company grew each year and I'm not just talking walls and revenue. An increase of staff, services, boarding spaces, daycare play yards, and state of the art industry equipment are just a few of the increased incentives we offered to our customers throughout the years. We continue to look for new ways to improve or add on to our list of capabilities because we are obligated to make good on a promise we made to the public and that is "We will never be the reason any pet does not have the opportunity for the best care offered in this field of business".
