Is Britney Spears Getting Back Her Kids from Kevin?

So I am guilty of following the Britney Spears buzz. From pregnancy rumors, to confirmed pregnancy rumors about her little sister Jaime Lynn Spears. (Yup, the kid is having a kid).

The latest though hit my eyeballs last night on a recent trip to el supermercado. My usual tabloid favorites all shared the same stories, so I went with the cheapest, and the one with the coolest cover.

Ah, and there she was Ms. Spear's; as if I didn't see yet another Brit story coming.

This story though was interesting, and raised a few questions of my own.

According to the tabloid Britney's kids would be tested for drugs. Spears is accusing Kevin of smoking the ganja in front of her kids. She claims she has picked them up from his house on many occasions and their hair, and clothing would reek of the funny scented cigarettes.

It's also been no public secret that K-Fed enjoys his weed. There are numerous photos of him out in the open smoking it. His friend (someone is a rat) claims that Kevin does in fact smoke a lot of pot, but never in front of the boys. We'll see.

According to the latest her lawyer advised her to snip some hair off of the boys heads and have it tested.

Now this was where I became a tad bit concerned. Who is to say shes not going to puff on the greener grass, blow it in their faces, and accuse Kevin of subjecting it to them.

We all know she is nuts, but perhaps not that nuts...but hey, moms do some crazy ass things when battling for custody of their kids. Especially seeing how Kevin is out to give her a bad name, and accuse her of being a bad mommy.

My next question of course was what would happen if they tested positive. According to the tab, he would loose custody of the kids. But who would get them if that were the case? I can't see the courts handing custody back over to Britney seeing how she has been no angel this year either.

Ah... the Spears saga continues.
