Like rock? Like love songs? I have the ultimate CD for you. I have to say that this was the best $20 CD investment I have ever made. Of course you can always find it cheaper. Amazon has them for $11.98.

I don't think that there is any other CD that has brought some of the most passionate rock love songs together to give you the best of both worlds. Each and every song has it's own uniqueness yet at the same time there is the same passion in the music as there was years ago when it came out the first time.

I was born in 1979. My parents raised me listening to this music and I guess it just stuck with me all these years. I am glad too because rock and roll will never die. I appreciate music. It is my ultimate stress reliever. I sleep to it, relax to it, play to it, sing to it and several other things. My children are musical too and that I am grateful for.

Although I love to explore all types of music, it is the classic love songs that draw me back every time. Nothing comes close to these songs that are listed on this CD.

#1 Feel Like Making Love - Bad Company

Oh yes! How can anyone get tired of this song. Not to be blunt but this song definitely will set you in the mood for love that is for sure!

#2 Still Loving You - Scorpions

Oh wow how I miss you love song. This is a beautiful cry of love. The acoustics are awesome as well!

#3 I Want to Know What Love Is - Foreigner

A longing to know what love feels like. This ballad is a burning desire to know what love is.

#4 Alone Again - Dokken

One of my least favorites, actually. He is desperate for her to see but he can't express his love.

#5 Can't Fight this Feeling - REO Speedwagon

A beautiful honest love song. This is one of the most peaceful of the ballads.

#6 Amanda - Boston

A man in desperation lets his girl know how much he loves her and longs for her to see it.

#7 Is This Love - Whitesnake

Knowing deep down that this is love. He waits for her to see if she see it.

#8 Save Your Love - Great White

A deep heartfelt and poetic ballad to the one he loves and wants her love exclusively.

#9 The Flame - Cheap Trick

Another least of my favorites. A promise of love for his lady. He will be with her no matter what.

#10 Don't Know What You Got (Til It's Gone) - Cinderella

I love the old love songs from the 60's,70's, and 80's. The lyrics were great and there were several great groups back then. Very nice article.

OOOOooooooooooh! I learned Sooooooooo much from this!!!! Sorry, couldn't help myself. Good job, and personally, I'd add "Fade to Black" (Metallica), "The Ballad of Jane" (L.A. Guns), "The Price" (Twisted Sister), "Hitch a Ride" (Boston)...I'd better stop here; I could build a 5 CD set if I don't!
