Here are the details on the LA County press release. Mischa Barton was arrested in the 900 block of North LA Cienega Boulevard, West Hollywood, CA, 90069 at approximately 2:46am on Dec. 27, 2007.

Ms. Barton was stopped when deputies from the West Hollywood Station stopped a vehicle after seeing it straddling two lanes of traffic and failing to see a turning signal when making a turn.

During Ms. Barton's detention it was determined that she was an unlicensed driver and was driving while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage.

Ms. Barton was then arrested and transported to West Hollywood Sheriff's Station where the booking process was completed without incident. She is (was-see below details) being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

As reported by Hollyscoop Mischa Barton was bailed out of jail by her mother and could be seen ducking down in her mother's back seat as they drove away from the police station.

One commenter who closely follows these celebrity arrests, including the Mischa Barton arrest, thinks that Hollywood's celebrities are being stalked by the Hollywood police in an effort to get as many of these stars as possible.
