A Painful Infection You Dont Want to Have
Embed:
Have you ever had a burning sensation when peeing?you might have had a urinary tract infection (UTI). Many women have at least once had this horrible infection. The symptoms are very unpleasant and painful. The causes for UTI's are many, for example women who wait too long to urinate.Believe it or not if you have to go to the bathroom and you wait too long, the bladder is a muscle that stretches and when you first have that feeling to urinate and hold it too long then when you do pee your bladder stretches so much that not all of the urine is emptied and what is left behind can cause the UTI. Also women who have more than one sexual partner, not only do you have to worry about catching a disease, you also have to worry about having a UTI.Women who are in a monogamous relationships are more prone to this infection.Another way to develop it is if you do not wipe yourself the right way when you are done urinating. If you did not know, you are supposed to wipe yourself from the front to the back,if you wipe yourself from the back to the front you are most likely spreading bacteria from your rectum to your vagina which causes the infection. Many women after sex do not clean themselves properly, everytime you have intercourse you must clean your vaginal area and make sure there is no bacteria that can cause the UTI.
WHAT ARE SOME OF THE SYMPTOMS?
Some of the symptoms include:
Urge to urinate
Burning sensation when urinating
Lower back pain
Chills
Fever
Nausea and vomiting
WHAT CAN I DO IF I HAVE A UTI?
If you do have a UTI and havent gone to your doctor you can take over the counter medicine. There are many of these medicines, such as-AZO,Cranberry herbal supplements and Uristat. I personally have tried Uristat and I think its the one medicine that works the fastest. As soon as you take Uristat you need to drink a lot of water so you can urinate.Once you've urinated and you see a dark orange color in your urine then that means its working, what this does it numbs your urethra so you wont feel the burning when you urinate.
