Yes, yes, yes!!  This movie was so good I don't even know where to begin!  I just finished watching it at the movie theater and I walked away quoting so many lines from this movie and laughing so hard at each and every one of them.  I think this is one of the funniest movies to come our way in a few years and thank God Will Ferrell found a movie that actually suited his type of comedy.  Let's face it, Elf, Kicking and Screaming and Anchorman were okay...but nothing compared to this movie.  Let's get into what this movie is about because there's a lot of good stuff to report!

Well, unless you've been living under a rock, you know that Will Ferrell plays the main character, Ricky Bobby.  His best friend is played by one of the best character actors, John C. Reilly, Cal Naughton, Jr.  They both make a great team and even have a nickname for their dynamic duo: "Shake and Bake."  The name is hilarious and is screamed constantly throughout the movie in different variations of the phrase.  Reilly is dubbed "Shake" and Ferrell is the "Bake" part of the phrase.  It gets better!

The movie begins with Ferrell's mother and father played by Jane Lynch (40-Year-Old Virgin) and Gary Cole (Office Space), respectively as she is about to give birth to Ricky Bobby.  The movie explains that Reese Bobby (Cole) is out "race car driving" and Ricky is left to grow up, essentially, without a father. The next few scenes are of Ricky growing up which are in the movie basically to show his love of driving.  Ricky's father finally shows up many years later during his Career Day at school, much to Ricky's surprise.
