I used to feel sad when I heard a dumb-blond joke. Why? I know a lot of blonds, and some of them are really smart.

However, in 2007, I was reminded why dumb-blond jokes are so popular. Some women with hair colored like the sun just don't have anything in their brains but dancing leprechauns and lollipops. And this lack of brain stamina doesn't keep them quiet or behind closed doors.

# 5 - Ann Coulter. Ann Coulter is a woman who proves that even people who spend their life in politics and writing controversial bestsellers can still be idiots. Besides spending endless hours attacking liberals as though they were Nazis, she finds time to offend minority groups and people in crisis. When is she going to stop spouting her Republican propaganda? If we all stop buying it.

# 4 - Jessica Simpson. When she was a reality TV star on the Newlyweds, America found out that even pop-stars can be borderline retarded. She didn't know basic things like the difference between chicken and tuna. Her house was a mess. And, it was obvious that her reasoning skills were slow. Yet, her seemingly undying love for Nick Lachey was heart warming. Sadly, they broke up. What is her latest dumb statement? She was on The View this year saying she wanted a family-loving man who could deal with a strong woman. Didn't she already have that?

#3 - Lindsay Lohan. Ms. Lohan used to be that cute, spunky girl who played popular teenage roles. Then, she turned into the semi-young, strung out, drug addict who can't seem to get into the right rehab center. Her mistakes kept her on the front page of gossip rags and on the tongues of late night TV hosts. However, now she's reportedly doing better and staying clean. Hopefully, she'll still be able to salvage a career that millions of girls everywhere would die for.
