Okay, thank you. Thank yourself. You made that gloomy list of all the things you did wrong, and mistakes you made in 2007. Now, it's time to turn things in a positive direction. What things did you do that were great?

What did you do that inspired someone? What did you do that made one of your own dreams come true? What were your ten best accomplishments for 2007?

Believe me, this one will be more fun to come up with than the mistakes.

Here are my ten accomplishments. What are yours?

1. Started writing for Associated content. No, I'm not trying to get brownie points with this website. This was my biggest accomplishment because I finally began doing something about one of my biggest dreams- writing. I have written over 265 articles for Associated Content and 21 elsewhere on the internet. This is almost 300 articles in an eight month period (because I started at the end of March.) This was big for me, because it took me into the realm of doing something for my dream instead of just talking about it.

2. This one should actually be number one. I swerved to avoid a car accident, and when I did this, I got hit in the side of the car instead of a head-on collision. This may have saved my life. I guess no matter what you do during the year, if you survived a serious accident, there is probably nothing better you could have done other than saving someone else's life!

3. Addressed some problems I was having at work. I was having some problems with my job, and instead of continuing to let people treat me badly, I did something to help change things for the better. I took up for myself, and got people involved to know what the problems were. I also simply asked to find a resolution to the problems instead of trying to get someone in trouble.

By the way, it's hard to stand up to your superiors. Often, you may find that no positive results ensue and you end up having to leave the job!

I was able to have one positive thing happen as a result, with my schedule. (However, there are still more issues to be addressed!)
