The Michigan presidential primary election is coming in just 13 days. In an election that could potentially make history, each candidate being focused on on both sides of the parties has several strong points about them. It will be a close race this November when it's time to vote on who we think should be president. Trevor Whine of Flint, Michigan, has met several candidates, including the two front-runners for the democratic party, Clinton and Obama.

"Hillary Clinton has been in politics for decades. If there's anything this country needs right now, it's experience," says the Oxford graduate. "Hillary's husband was a leader of our country. She was a first lady. She knows how the office runs. She's already been in it."

Many of the candidate's debates that will determine who wins the next presidential election include war, health insurance, and gay rights.

"Hillary being a part of the Clinton Administration gives her a lead. Regardless of what polls have been saying lately about her efforts, a lot of it is only media that won't let go of certain things," he continues.

"Hillary is focused on the people of her country, and I stress her country. The war is an important era for our generation of course. But during that war, Bush has lost focus on protecting our people of the American dream, versus just protecting our safety."

"Our economy is in a critical condition. People don't have jobs. Hillary is a leader. She's intelligent. She's experienced in almost all areas of politics. She is the N.Y. senator. She knows how to run government offices."

When speaking about gay rights, Hillary is committed to the ever-changing evolution of lifestyle.

"I asked her how she feels about gay rights and personal opinions on the matter. She is very open about the subject," he says.
