Looking forward to a long weekend away with your significant other? Or perhaps you’re traveling for business, and know you’ll be bored. Whatever the case, many people travel with their sex toys, and there are certainly better ways to accomplish this than others. When traveling with sex toys, you have to remember that discretion is important, but not always attainable.First of all, the airport is going to x-ray your bags. Whether it’s carry-on or bags that have to be checked, your most personal items are going to be viewed on the screen. And unfortunately, many sex toys look like something they’re not, and your bags might be searched. You just have to remember that the airport employees have seen it all, and that having your bags searched, sex toys and all, might not be avoidable.
1. Exercise Caution
When choosing the perfect sex toy to bring, keep in mind the potential for it to look like something sinister. A vibrator that could be mistaken for a hand gun, for example, is not the best item to pack for an airplane trip.
2. Pack Batteries Separately
If your sex toy is battery-operated, take the batteries out and put them in a separate bag or pouch. Battery- powered objects can look funny to an x-ray scanner, and even worse, batteries that are old may leak and ruin your toy. Ideally, pack fresh batteries still in their pack, and keep them away from the toy itself.
3. Put Liquids in Bags
Whether you’re bringing your favorite lubricant or perhaps a toy cleaner, be sure that it is packed in a zip-lock back. Shampoos, lubricants and other liquids have a tendency to explode or leak while in transit, so avoid ruining all of your other belongings.
4. Don’t Panic
