Does anybody know if this works or not? I read this article on prevention http://buzz.prevention.com/flat-belly-diet-the-role-of-stress/ and I really am interested. Does anybody have any sucess stories? email me at lividyancy@yahoo.com =) I mean I have seen a couple of success stories online but IDK i am not convinced. Prevention does not have any good success articles up yet either.

Hi this information was very informative but i tried to make that sassy water i dont know if i made it right. I boiled the water and added lemon, slice of cucumber,ginger and had no mint leaves today did i make it right?

I just finished day 4 with great results! I lost 4 2/3 inches from the largest part of my stomach and 7 lbs! Sassy water was a little hard in the beginning. I figured out the thinner the cucumber and lemon the better the taste. The food is a little bland but what do you expect from a 1200 calorie a day jump start? Plus there are spices you can use in the first 4 days to add flavor. I couldn't taste the flaxseed in the shake. I am now on to the regular plan and hoping to lose another 10 lbs in the next month.

do you need to do the 4 day thing first to lose excess water weight and bloating? Do you eat just one type of moofa at each meal or more?
