We love to have Valentine's Day parties! What is a Valentines Day party without Valentines Day party games? Here are several of my favorites that are fun for people of all ages and are great for groups or teams.Valentines Day Scavenger Hunt
Give each group a piece of line paper to record their items on.
Instructions:
Each group must find five things that start with each of the letters in the word CUPID.
For instance:
Cup
Card
Carrot
Crayon
Crust (from bread)
The first group to gather all their items wins.
Picture This!
Take a Valentines Day puzzle picture (for instance a picture of an eye and a heart and a large U can be "I love you") and paste it on construction paper.
Cut it into six equal pieces. If you want the game to a bit longer you can cut it into eight pieces.
Make sure that each picture has a different colored paper background or they are numbered with all 1 or 2 or 3, etc., to avoid mix ups.
Hide the pieces.
Give each team clues to where the pieces are hidden.
Teams are allowed to trade information about the locations of pieces - i.e. I found one of yours and you found one of mine - I will tell you if you tell me!
The first team to put their picture together and solve the puzzle correctly wins.
Break My Heart
This game can be played with teams or in pairs.
Divide people into groups of desired amount.
One person has to hold a large basket on their head and stand about 10 or 15 feet away.
The remaining people have to toss candy hearts into the basket for a designated amount of time.
A moderator can yell "Go!" and "Stop!" so that everyone is tossing at the same time.
The group with the most hearts in their basket wins!
Valentines Day Quiz
Take one person from each couple to another room and ask them questions about their partner.
Record their answers.
Do the same with the other person.
Put all the ladies (or one of the team) on one side and all the men on the other.
Start with one person and ask them to guess which of the answers their partner gave to the following question and list several of the answers, or answers you make up, but make sure to include their partners answer.
That person continues until they do not guess right.
