* If you are hungry between meals, drinking diet pop or green tea won't exactly fill you up but may help to curb your appetite.
* Chew your food slowly. Besides allowing time for your stomach to let the brain know you've had enough, you will feel more satisfied when you give your taste buds a good workout.
Here's the no-brainer but due to its complexity, it bears repeating.
