How to survive in a Marriage.

Rule # 1.
Never go to bed mad at each other after a quarrel. Whether your married or just in a relationship, never go to bed mad. Always say your sorry kiss and make up. You just never know when it will be your last time together. You would be sorry you spoke such harsh words to each other that you really didn't mean and were just said to each other in anger. So say your sorry kiss and make up.

Rule # 2
Always make decisions together. Doesn't matter whether they are big decisions or little ones. Talk them out together. Good communication is very important in a marriage.

Rule # 3
Never say things belong to "me". Like my car, my house, my furniture. When your first married you are just getting to know each other. If you continue to say this is mine all the time, it makes your spouse fell like they don't belong in your world and with you. Because everything is yours they fell you don't love them enough to share your stuff with them.

Rule # 4
Be courteous and polite to each other. If one is at work and the other is home and you must leave, be thoughtful and leave a note telling the other when you will be home and where you have gone. It is appreciated my the other one.

Rule # 5
ALWAYS--This is a big one always say I love you at least once a day every day to each other.

Rule # 6
You each have faults. Be accepting of each others faults. Don't find fault with each other. Instead of finding faults give each other compliments. Everyone loves compliments.

Rule # 7
Accept his/her friends. Even if you don't like them, pretend you do and be polite and courteous to them. Nothing can start an argument faster than to down grade her/his friends. Treat them with respect and be kind.

Rule # 8
Be supportive of each other. If one is having a bad day or a problem try to talk it out . Ask yourself "What can I do to make things better for him / her?

Rule # 9

Work together on projects. Doesn't matter what it is. Buying a house, painting the house, buying a car, paying bills. What ever it is work together on it. Nothing pulls a family closer than working together on projects.
