There is a tendency for some people to take pride in having a good boss who is considerate to them and who grants favours. They defend the boss even if the outcome is something of a deviation from normal human behaviour. However, here is an interesting episode in which two women are involved.. Listen to the conversation between them and its aftermath and have some fun.

Shiny: My boss is a very nice man; He grants me leave whenever I want. He takes me during tours. He arranges for my accommodation with his friends who have families. I live in absolute security and feel at home.

Shirley: My boss is a different type. He is a happy go lucky person with a penetrating eye. He has a 'pregmatic' approach to women's problems.

Shiny: What do you mean'. What is pragmatic about it?

Shirley: 'Pregmatic' means facilitating conception.

Shiny: Did you have any experience in this regard?

Sherly: You see. What I mean is that my boss is very considerate to women. Whenever a woman goes to him with a problem he gives a patient hearing and consoles her adopting a 'pregmatic' approach; To explain lucidly, it means, he adopts such an approach that the complaining woman is guaranteed entry into in a maternity home. I mean his capacity. That is the' pregmatic' approach.

Shiny: That is nothing unusual. My boss too is an expert at solving problems of women. He anticipates problems. Even without a formal complaint he takes action in anticipation. We call this 'planned pregmatism'. No doubt he is very popular.
