Acne - Clean your face with a cotton ball dipped in lemon juice or apple cider and rinse.
- Put a tiny dab of toothpaste on the acne or pimple.
Bad breath - Try chewing on some fresh parsley or fresh celery.
- Boil some cinnamon bark and put in a clean bottle. Use daily as mouth wash.
Burn (minor) - Put aloe vera on burn every few hours.
- Put yogurt on the burn and let sit for 15 - 20 minutes.
- Apply some honey to the burn and cover for 30 minutes.
Constipation - Take a tablespoon of olive oil.
- Mix a tablespoon of corn syrup with 1 cup water and drink.
Coughing - Sip on a mixture of honey (2 TBS.) and apple cider
(1/2 C.).
- Add some cinnamon to a cup of herbal tea and drink.
Diarrhea - Drink peppermint tea to relieve the pain of diarrhea.
- Drink chamomile tea to relieve diarrhea and pain.
- Eat boiled sweet potatoes to stop diarrhea.
Ear ache - Boil 4 or 5 cloves of garlic with water, mash garlic cloves, put mashed garlic
in a flannel cloth and place over the aching ear.
Hair (damaged) - Take 2 tablespoons of olive oil and mix it to ¼ cup of mayonnaise,
apply the mixture to hair, massage in and cover with a towel, wait 20
minutes and rinse well.
- Mix ¼ cup of honey and an egg, put on hair, wait 15 minutes, then
wash.
Head ache - Take 2 - 3 tablespoons of feverfew leaves and put in a cup of boiling water,
let steep at least 10 minutes, strain and cool down some. Can enjoy this tea
twice a day.
- Mix 1 teaspoon of lavender leaves in to a cup of boiling water, let cool, drink
every 3 - 4 hours when needed.
- Make a paste of dried ginger powder and water, apply to forehead, and relax
for 20 minutes.
- Sniffing lavender or peppermint oils can help relieve a head ache.
Heartburn - Try a cup of chamomile tea. Put 1 tablespoon of chamomile flowers into a
cup of boiling water, let steep for 15 minutes, cool, strain and enjoy.
Hiccups - Take a tablespoon of peanut butter.
- Slowly drink a glass of cold water.
