It's possible she's suffering from any 4 illness: Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Narcissistic Personality Disorder, and Postpartum Psychosis. It's possible she is mentally ill because of drug abuse, although she tested clean during her stay at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Here's what you need to know about these illnesses.
Bipolar Disorder, also known as Manic Depression, is a mental illness characterized by extreme mood swings and unstable behavior. As Britney Spears was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, she went through many moods, from crying and yelling to smiling and laughing. People with Bipolar Disorder are extremely excitable and active one day and depressed and suicidal the next day; their behavior is unpredictable. Bipolar Disorder is also linked to alcoholism and substance abuse, two things allegedly afflicting Britney Spears. If Bipolar Disorder is left untreated, it leads to increased hospitalization and suicide.
Borderline Personality Disorder is a mental illness characterized by unstable relationships, self-image, emotions, and thinking. Borderline Personality Disorder usually begins in early adulthood.
These are some of the symptoms of Borderline Personality Disorder:

- Impulsive behavior with sex, substance abuse, reckless driving, and eating.
- Unstable relationships.
- Severe dissociative symptoms.
