All too often, the words "Italian food" come to be associated with every restaurant that one kind find. Mostly because of this, we tend to become so sick of what we believe to be Italian food that we have no desire to eat it. However, if one searches hard enough, there are true Italian restaurants that serve very good food, and definitely make it worth the trip out. While these can be hard to find, one particular restaurant lies right in Palmer, Pennsylvania. While it is a fairly new restaurant, Carrabba's has already established itself as one of the nicest and most interesting restaurants in the area, and their food is just as good as their reputation. Enjoying Carrabba's begins as soon as one steps through the door. The amazing aromas of the food and the beautiful dining rooms, featuring low, pleasant lighting, open kitchens, spacious tables and simply beautiful design on the walls and ceilings is enough to amaze at even a first glance. In fact, the worse thing about the restaurant is having to smell the aroma's of the food while waiting for a table. For those who feel so inclined, the restaurant also has an outdoor eating area for nice weather, and a variety of different dining rooms depending on the mood that one desires. However, each and every part of Carrabba's seems to be perfectly thought out and intricately designed. Unless one has been inside of the building, it is incredibly difficult to imagine the home like setting and wonderful comfort that comes with being in the restaurant.
However, even though simply being in Carrabba's is a great experience, it has little to offer in comparison with eating there. Even from the very first tastes of soup and salad, it is easy to see what has made the location so special, and why the building is full almost every night of the week. The soup excels with little hints of Italian innovation, and although certain soups may sound familiar, the way in which they are prepared and the way that they taste is truly beyond the ordinary. Thankfully, the experience only gets better once one has passed the appetizers.
