My computer was in need of new anti-virus software. It has become increasingly obvious to me that my current software was not doing the job. Norton Anti-Virus happened to be the software that I was most recently using. The software performed so well that I ended up with a severe virus on my computer. I was upset because I had paid for this software. Luckily, I found an anti-virus software program that is both free and better than the other two programs. Here is my review of the AVG Anti-Virus Free Edition software.

AVG Anti-Virus Free Edition has been a lifesaver for me. There have been numerous attacks on my computer that have been saved by this software. Perhaps the most ideal thing about this software is that it is 100% free. Your free download will land you a program that has all of the key essentials that we associate with paid anti-virus programs. AVG Anti-Virus will schedule hard disc scans, check your email for potential viruses, and even conduct a resident memory scan for your computer. These are similar options to the ones you can find on competitor programs that will cost you $100 dollars to own. It is pretty amazing that you can get all of these services for free.

GRISOFT is the developer of AVG Anti-Virus. They have managed to create a program that has become one of the most popular free downloads on the Internet today. This is because users are discovering how accurate and helpful this program is. The software even has a constant update of all of it's virus definitions and applications going on. This means that the software will always be up to date with the latest potential viruses that could harm your computer. Both Norton & McAfee have struggled in this area in the past. AVG Anti-Virus shows how it is better than the paid programs once again.

Thanks! I downloaded it just a few minutes ago, and I'll see how it works! I'm liking the layout and apparent "completeness" of its coverage already!
