The Cuisinart Brushed Chrome Can Opener Versus the Black & Decker Extra Tall Can Opener
A Comparison of Two Electric Can Openers
Electric gadgets change so rapidly today that I often have trouble keeping up with what is modern and what is outdated. Apparently that was just not the issue in the two past centuries! The electric can openers we all know today, like the The Cuisinart Brushed Chrome Can Opener and the Black & Decker Extra Tall Can Opener, became widely available to the public in the 1960’s and have never quit evolving. You can find electric can openers in almost every color, shape and size. They are made to stand freely on your counter, mount on the wall, mount on the kitchen counter, and even hang under your cabinets to save your room. They work very simply, the can is placed against the cutting wheel and held in place by a lever. The motor drives the blade around the can, switching itself off automatically once the can is open.
Cusinar and Black & Decker are well known in the sall appliance industry and have been trusted for their reliable apliances for decades. I myself have had a variety of electric can openers throughout the years. Two of my favorites have been the Cuisinart Brushed Chrome Can Opener, which I still use currently, and the Black & Decker Extra Tall Can Opener, which I have used in the past. Both electric can openers offer the latest in kitchen technology, with a few differences that could make one better than the other for your speficic needs.
