We come across various types of people with varied interests. Some of the talk in public. But what they say is neither palatable to the public nor understood by them. After such utterances they cleverly take a 180-degree turn. This gives the impression that they have their brains at the wrong end of the spine. Sometimes they fortify this impression by creating a doubt in the minds of listeners whether they speak through instruments at both ends of the spine. Normally the brain is on top. In their case doubts arise whether it is located elsewhere.. We have a few illustrations of this travelling brain for entertainment.

A wide mouthed politician, engineers an agitation for protesting against foreign aid and loans. The mass base he has created consists of an army of unemployed youth and employees.. They are professionals in mischief making and vandalism available at call. A large number follow him for the thrill of destruction of public property and stoning the police, an event they celebrate with the spirit and joy of a batsman who has hit a sixer.

The crowd surges forward and attacks the aid administration office. The leader is only a claimant to such title by virtue of his position in the front row. He talks in a dull dreary voice and urges his followers to damage all they see and have access in the office. The police wake up and spring into action and beat them up.

The leader manages to escape because of his skills. But he demands a public enquiry. He professes that the destruction is caused by anti social elements, and not those present at the scene of trouble. He shouts brandishing his hands saying that when his party comes to power he will not allow the funding agency to function. He adds that all those in charge of administering the programs of the agency will be slapped, packed and bundled off.
