Mr. Blackwell Finally Announces is Worst Dressed in 2007 List

Mr. Blackwell, former dress designer to the stars, has released his annual Worst Dressed list for 2007. The list appears to be targeting the emaciated Hollywood starlets as much as their clothing. Even more surprising than who's on the list, is who's not on the list. What happened to his "favorites" Britney Spears and Paris Hilton? Maybe their legal troubles have simply bumped them so far down that he didn't even bother to include them this year.

Actually, Mr. Blackwell does have a heart.

""For those of you who were expecting to see Britney's name adorn the 2007 list, I felt that it was in appropriate at this time to make comment, when her personal life is in such upheaval. I hope 2008 is a better year for her," Mr. Blackwell said (US Magazine)

Richard Selzer is the man behind the name Mr. Blackwell. He has been an actor and a designer. His biggest claim to fame is the worst dressed list. This is his 48th annual list.

Apparently Mr. Blackwell could not extend his magic wand of sympathy past Britney Spears to Lindsay Lohan, who had her own legal and rehab traumas this year. "Lohan takes fashion to a new low," Mr. Blackwell said of the former teen queen.
