"Natural Cures Revealed" is written by Kevin Trudeau, who believes that Big Pharma, the FDA, and the FTC are all co-conspirators against the American public, with only one objective: to make as much money as possible. "It's all about the money," he reminds the reader repeatedly, when it comes to the pharmaceutical industry and medical industry. Nobody's looking for a cure. They just want to keep Americans as sick as possible to make money from drug sales.

Kevin Trudeau brings up some compelling points that will make you really wonder about this claim. Look at how many TV ads are for some drug, for conditions that used to be managed by just a little patience and maybe a good old-fashioned home remedy like homemade soup, rest, or talking it out. Look at how many magazine ads are for drugs. Look at how many pharmaceutical companies are in the Fortune Top 20.

Kevin Trudeau explains that the only way Big Pharma, the FDA and FTC can rake in billions is to keep people sick, and keep people believing they need drugs to be healthy. Big Pharma isn't trying to find a cure for cancer. A cure would practically kill Big Pharma. It would put all the cancer centers out of business. They make billions a year. A cure for diabetes would wipe out a substantial portion of the medical industry.

This all makes a good deal of sense. But then Kevin Trudeau goes off the deep end at varying points in the book -- which I might add is in desperate need of a proofreader. You'd think he would have hired a proofreader to scour through the copy and clean up all the mistakes. Ever hear of the term, "genetic predisposition?" Kevin Trudeau calls it "genetic disposition." There are punctuation errors as well as word usage errors and run-on sentences. This all reduces credibility of his message, as though he carelessly slapped together a book without giving any tender-loving thought to making the copy read professionally.

I disagree about punctuation reducing one's credibility. There are many brilliant people like Einstein and Leonardo da Vinci who had, have...dyslexia. They may not act in the norm, and there may be errors in grammer and spelling...but that does not mean that the writer is a fool. On the contrary, he/she may be a genius. I am a dyslexic...and although I haven't read this book, I know that many of the things that Trudeau discloses in his book, by way of his claims in commercials, are known medical facts according to doctors and scientists. So whether the spelling is accurate or not, the message is accurate, which is what is the most important thing here. BTW, Moses was a stutterer...should we assume that he was a fool simply because he stuttered? No, what is most important is that he got the message right.

Thanks! I was curious about what he might be selling in his book. NOT curious enough to buy it, but curious none the less! I assumed he was whack when he said it is all a government conspiracy. When that theory is given as proof of your convictions they are usually a bit off.
