Do you know the difference between your Jacksons? There was General Thomas (not Andrew) Stonewall Jackson and there was President Andrew Jackson. Thursday night on Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader, Billy Bush, co-host of the Access Hollywood, confused the two historical Jacksons. His mistake cost his charity of choice $275,000.

Billy Bush

Billy Bush was a celebrity contestant on the celebrity edition of Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader, and was playing for a charity, the Lollipop Theater Network. The Lollipop Theater Network brings current movies to hospitalized children.

First, to answer another popular question about Billy Bush, yes he is related to the presidential Bush family. Billy Bush is the first cousin of President George W. Bush.

What was Stonewall Jackson's first name?

Billy Bush was answering questions and moving along just fine until a seemingly simple question was asked, "What was Stonewall Jackson's first name?"

Had he answered the question correctly he would have won $300,000 for the Lollipop Theater Network charity. When the question came up about Stonewall Jackson, he had earned $175,000 and could have walked away. Instead, he answered incorrectly and walked with $25,000 for the Lollipop Theater Network charity.

At least the charity got some money.

Although he's not the much hated 'Bush,' he must have a hard way to go sometimes-Billy Bush. True, these two are often confused. Is class out, now? (lol)

Thanks for the clarification! It is easy to get confused when dealing with people with similar last names who were historical figures.
